Sanded and prepped yesterday. Hung this 100lb bad boy on a tree and shot it with primer today.

Finally! Took the whole day to install the bumper, by myself. It is a perfect fit. There was a lot more cutting than I expected.

Nothing heavy. I should've requested to not have the tow hitch installed.

Took the truck apart to get the drop crossmembers out. Dropped them off at a welding shop this morning to add gusseted flanges in preparation for getting custom skid plates made AND to repair the cracked front diff mount and add gussets to fortify it to prevent axle wrapping in the future.
Also going to swap out wheel studs for longer ones while the truck is up in the air.

Today I finally got around to installing the Victory4x4 coffin door gas tank skid. Had to grind some metal off of the rearmost bracket to get it to fit right. I also installed the BudBuilt transfer case skid, which I had to cut off about a 1/2 inch so that it would play nice with the gas tank skid. I really like how the BudBuilt skid comes with a crossmember to provide real support.

Interested to hear your opinion on these tires. I've considered them but they look a little noisy (not a big deal) and like they might wear fast??? They look like they'd provide some awesome traction tho.

When I first got the Cooper STT Pros all I heard was tire. With these they are so smooth and quiet it's actually quite trippy and gf approved (she's much happier now - extra points there!). I'm going to Moab at the end of the month, we'll see how the tires wear on the long road trip and how they fare on the trails.

I don't remember how much I paid for the STT Pros but I was able to get these on onlinetires.com for $316 each + free shipping, which I think is a damn good price.

I got the bumper on! Installing the light bar was a pain in the ass. I should’ve hired the kid down the street with tiny hands to tighten the bolts for me.

in the fog light recesses I’m going to install my air mount points instead of lights.

Have to reinstall new sets of cameras as well. It never ends...
