Need help identifying these aftermarket parts on a 2015 TRD Pro

Hey all!

Saw this truck that looks a lot like mine and wanted to see what some of these accessories cost. I am having trouble identifying them and I know some of you here live and breathe this stuff.

1) What are the bumper and lights on it? (Not interested in the 20" or so light bar above the winch cable)
2) Which visor / overhead light bar / bracket is this? What are the best options for these brackets? It was a pain on my last vehicle to get this done up right so if there are great brackets out there, particularly for curved light bars, I'm interested.
3) Have they added a third bed step to the factory bars or is this a different set of bars?

The wheels are the only thing about that truck that I don't like, as pictured, and that's what the website is trying to sell. Haha.
