I love AG but not enough to shell out an extra $30k for a 2020 Pro or an extra $10k for a 2021 Trail.

I hear ya. As much as I’d like a pro the price premium seems hardly worth it. Trail edition vs trd off road was a tough call, but I’d rather dump some options just to get the AG colour since I plan to mod anyway.

Beautiful truck! Can you tell me more about the Faux Pro Grill - parts and install? I'd like to eventually go that direction. Thanks!

    Thanks.
I got the grille from mcautoparts.com
Came with the sensor garnish. Biggest pain was unclipping the old grille off the surround. But everything works fine after a few thousand miles.

Doing well Tyler thanks. Hope you are well also. Weather in north Georgia will be in the hi 60s low 70s today so may wash it and do the rear window switch relocation. Still waiting on my C4 Overland front bumper to be finished at the powder coater's shop. He's been so backed up. Also waiting for Method Roosts to be back in stock at the end of November.

'60s and '70s sounds fantastic right now. Your truck already looks great, that bumper will be icing on the cake! Also the switch relocation seems like a pretty good idea. I can't believe Toyota put it where they did.

Just got them installed yesterday and haven’t done any night driving yet, but just turning them on after dark last night, they are far brighter than the stock halogen low beams.

Just got mine 4 days ago. I didn't actually know it was a Trail Edition at the time, I thought it was just an optioned out SR5 (guess it is lol.) I saw everything it had which ticked all my boxes all the way down to the dealer's overpriced add-ons and bed boxes which were a nice surprise. I noticed some folks here don't like those, we are taking a 12 hour road trip to Colorado soon and I will put our food in them so I'm all for it.

Current mods on the way, TRD air filter because I like to hear a V8 and OEM LED fogs. Many many many more mods to come later after our 3 planned vacations.

All is well, hope all is well with all others! Finally finished up my seat covers. Very happy with the quality, color and fit. Also finally received the right dashmat from coverking. Like that too. Hitched up my travel trailer this morning and the Sumo springs are wonderful, very minimal squat with about 1500 lbs on the ball. Dropped about 1-1 1/2 inches. Barely noticable in my opinion and when I actually tow the weight on ball will be closer to 1k due to different load set up so the sag will be very minimal. No major mods going to happen unless I find a money tree. It is too much of a trap where 1 leads to 5 others and it becomes endless. Plus I need to keep small diameter tires for best results from the powertrain while towing close to 8500 lbs. It is a pretty good truck stock, thinking about the cam tower leak issue a little bit. Might consider adding a sealant bead to the existing excess sealant that is oozing while the surfaces are still oil free just to see if maybe it will prevent a leak from ever forming. Just a thought, haven't really looked at it too much yet to determine access points for such an endeavor. Still want to throw some tools in waterproof containers and store them inside the spare tire well too. Out of sight out of mind thing! Plus a little added traction, not much, but anything helps especially on wet roads. Also got to get around to the trans oil cooler sitting in my garage. When I do those things, my method is to always fill the components with water then pour it out and push it out with compressed air into a container so I can get a measurement of total oil volume. Next, blow dry completely prior to install. Next, install and fill oil by adding volume equal to water volume. Lastly, check fill level, should be close to perfect. Still debating factory steel and rubber hose combo lines or just straight rubber hoses to minimize number of potential leak points. Really pissed off that Toyota purposely cheated all Tundra buyers to save $$$. It has been proven that they would spend less replacing a few transmissions vs. adding a factory oil cooler to every truck because so many are basically grocery getters. Plus they can hook up tech stream and say well your trans hot light was on and you still drove it hot, so no warranty coverage! I have so many technical names for those corporate "Richards"! Really makes me question so much about the rest of their product line and the company. Rock on ladies and gentlemen! Life is short!!

Which seat covers did you go with? I'm thinking of possibly doing the clazzios.

EKR custom fit seat covers in grey and black from Amazon. Really thick and durable material fit like factory. Had doubts about headrest covers, they are really difficult to get on. I had to bring them in on the living room floor and compress the headrest with quite a bit of pressure to squeeze them into the openings. However, they fit well and very soon i will be ordering another set for my 4Runner. Wish the color option was a little different for the 4Runner, they need a slightly darker beige available, but I am very happy that the 3rd row is included! Good luck with your choice!

Anybody know what the color is of the Trail wheels? I’m really thinking to have some stock TRD wheels powder coated this instead of black.

Would you say it’s a matte or gloss finish? Looks more matte from what I can tell

Toyota's description is dark gray TRD off road wheels.

    Just things to protect it...
92198064-F2E5-47FC-BB0A-315E73FBF0B9.jpg Just gave him his first bath yesterday - first day that was warm enough here in central Indiana. Put my Agricover tonneau on and the new-style Weathertech mats. Krown rust protection on Friday and Llumar Platinum paint protection film on front and hood next Monday. Install Predator steps after that and wait on my Covercraft seat savers.

Then I guess I’ll just drive it...
