My son dropped by today and we installed the ESP under seat storage box. It went completely according to furnished instructions and looks beautiful. I was a little worried about the smart key wiring in the center section but it was no issue. My linoleum knife is about 100 years old, so we ended up using a handled hack saw blade to go through the insulation. Worked like a champ. Thanks ESP for a great product. Strong fan of the setup, how deep (inches) is one of the pockets to the seat? Should've been just under $200, right.

It looks like 3+ inches, OH. Yes, I had a promocode and it was right about that price.

-IO! couldn't resist. Looks so much deeper looking at your photos, I need this type of storage. Never understood why it wasn't standard, I actually told my salesman about it. Surprised he didn't know about it.

The two outside bins are 4 1/2", and the center is 4"

Does this mod increase the noise level in the cabin?

I have had one in my truck since I designed it in 2014. Removing the foam does not increase noise levels as the foam is just a filler to hold the carpet up, not an insulator.

For anyone with keyless that's worried about the center pocket and the wiring, the front cut is about 3" in from the driverside, and about 5" in from the passenger side, and about 2" down from the top.

The wire routes down the passenger side, so I started on driverside until I connected with the plastic housing. I then cut a 3x6 cube out in the front driverside so I could see where I was cutting.

Posting here as I couldn't find any overhad pictures with measurements for keyless trucks.
