I believe you’re talking about a whine in the differential. I have it too. I’ve read some threads on it being the carrier bearing.

I read about the whistle before I picked my truck up last month. Sure as sh*t I heard it on the first day. Doesn't bother me much, I just hope others hear it and think it's supercharged or my vtec kicking in yo.

If it’s only on light throttle within certain speeds that’s what I have

@Bronzeback is this video similar to what you experience? Sorry for poor quality, tried to keep my hand steady!

My 2021 has done this in the cold since new but it is starting to bother me.

I had a whistle/hiss like OP. I thought it was this, but after replacing my throttle body gasket it is still here.

Welcome to this annoying bullshit every winter. My 2016 has been doing it ever since new. A friend of mine, same thing with his 2017 (he used to work at my local dealer too and verified this is common with me). I believe it’s the fan clutch making this whine when the ambient temp dips below, let’s say approximately 40F. I’ve accepted it’s the nature of the beast and turned up the radio lol.

When I saw Whine/howl I thought I might have found what my 2016 is doing. The noise mine is making is more of a muffled horn sound. Can’t pinpoint it but is worse the colder it is. Been doing it for a few months and now with the real cold mornings it hesitates to start.

Sounds like it’s not uncommon. My dad had an 07 and now a 15 that don’t make the noise and it’s just as cold for him in MN as it is for me in ND. Makes me wonder how I got so lucky.
