    Updated build

    325/60r20 falken at3w wildpeaks
Dobinsons full 2inch kit with leaf pack
    Coastal offroad winch bumper
    Smittybilt x20 10k winch
Rocky road outfitters rock sliders (45 degree)
    Xr100 leer shell
    Caliraised ditch light mounts
    Powertrax grip pro lsd
    Hypertech speedometer calibrator
    Pedal commander
    Fuel torque 20x9 +20 offset
    Bmc with sdhq plates
    Rci skidplate

    20220602_165742.jpg

so I guess I will start a build thread now that I have a laundry list of purchases on their way to me :spending:. Here's the plan so far:

Tires general grabber 275/60r20 atx owned
    Weather tech floormats -owned
    Dashcam owned -need to install
Wheels fuel torque 20x9 +20 - in transit
Leer xr100 bed shell - in transit
    Caliraised led ditch brackets-in transit
Caliraised led bumper led bracket - in transit
4 inch amber led flood/spot - in transit
32inch led flood spot combo - in transit

That's it for now may also be doing a dual batt setup in the very near future. Will start posting pics as things start trickling in and i get them installed.

Idk why fuel torque aren't more popular. These things are awesome. Have to thank my beautiful wife, she picked them out !20210303_112717~2.jpg 20210303_112606.jpg 20210303_112545.jpg

I agree with you about the Torque's. Do you have any photos of how much "poke" you have with that wheel and tire set up? My only concern is that I would need flares to prevent rocks + from flying up. Thank you.

It's pretty modest. +20 offset is as "Tucked" as you can get with these wheels. I don't think it will be an issue though. I kept my mud flaps on so it should be minimal. I do alot of offroading so I should be able to tell you pretty quick

I could not have asked for a better image. Thank you very much.
My delima is that I have those TSS stock 20" rims that I dislike so much. They are a +50 offset and tuck under the fender just perfect. It's very difficult to find a wheel with that same offset. Once again, thanks.

Yea I think +30 is about the max positive offset you see with most aftermarket wheels. Anything higher is the oem realm for the most part. You may find an oddball wheel here or there but I don't there are many out there

So I decided against dual battery, due to weight and complexity. Going with this instead. This is a jackery 290 (outgoing model, new model is jackery300) which will power my fridge. For other power needs phones laptops drone batteries etc I have a ryobi 300w inverter that uses my lawn mower 40v batteries.

Thanks! I'm really liking it so far. Just trying to sort out what I need to do with my rear end now .... I'm riding 1 in low in the rear. I think the struts actually may have given 3 inches of lift instead of two.

When you went with the 275-60-20 tires, on your original OEM wheels, did you experience any problems at all? I know they are taller and heavier than stock (275-55-20). Did you have to recalibrate your Speedo?

None. As a matter of fact the speedo was spot on after. It was a tad slow before. No rubbing on oem wheels w stock suspension. No diff in perf . Maybe a .5 to 1 mpg drop

Thanks. What did you do about a spare? Did you change that out too, or didn’t worry about it?

I can get a set of your old wheels, plus 4 lightly used BF KO4’s 275-60-20 for $900. Thoughts? Thought about getting them for occasional off-road work during deer season in West TX. Lots of rock and thorny stuff out there and the side walls of the KO2’s are pretty tough.
