I’ve enjoyed it. You can download a phone app and control your lights from outside the car. It also gives you strobe feature and dimming capabilities for every light you connect. They include a trigger remote that is wireless and can be used up to 75 feet. Easy system, great wire management and plug and play install.

Installed the remote start system from 12voltsolutions. What an amazing product that was made very user friendly to install. Took overall 30 minutes to get everything connecting and tucked in the dash.

Picked up the app control module which gives me connectivity from anywhere my phone works as well as live gps tracking of where my truck is.

There install videos were the best directed and most informative install videos I’ve seen. Great product.

Few parts arrived the other day.

Ics sent over their chase light brackets which utilize the Toyota bed rails system. Easy install and great product. They also sent me the mounting bracket I will fabricate to fit with my Rago dash plate. The underplate will hopefully prevent dash flexing when weights is applied to the Mounts.

Picked up some color matched grab handles for the back seat passengers to use. My kids love grabbing them and using to help get in after the 3 inch lift.

I decided to mount my old caliraised pods to the chase brackets so I could build my own Wire harness from scratch. Hardest part was running wire loom over the wires but I got it done in under an hour. I have a pair of Diode Dynamics on back order to replace the caliraised pods. They will work till then.

Bought and installed some seat jackers. The seat angle is definitely better than stock. My knees sit higher at an angle and relieves lower back pressure.

install took less than 20 min. Just loses 2 bolts and replace 2 others. Heavy duty steel and included hardware makes this an easy mod for anybody.

Got bored so I took the dash apart and installed the Rago dash plate. I installed an ICS USB charger that is tapped to the 12vt lighter port. To prevent dash flexing, I drilled out an ICS mounting plate to match up with the top plate and screwed both sides together. It won’t be going anywhere. Now to determine which mounts to buy. Any suggestions?

My 3D printed switch adapter came in. Installation took less than 20 min counting the cutting and drilling. The guy included a template to help guide your cuts and drill locations. Good product and fit like a glove in that useless business card slot.

Relocating the rear window switch, the front/rear camera switch, and compressor switch this weekend (I hope).

Got my new Husky liners today. Easy install and a great fit. I’ve had weathertechson two of my other cars. They are flimsy and stained after 2 years. Not really what I was hopingfor. See how these ones handle

I agree with you on husky vs weathertech. I'll never buy any more weathertech. They just stain, lose their form and not pleasant to look at after a while.

So far my huskys are easier to clean and don't look like they stain.

Thanks for reassuring me. I don’t like to change brands....I’m pretty loyal, but i couldn’t continue to ignore the issues with the weathertechs.

Your truck looks great! Are the DD lights in your grill the fog or driving lights?

How much is the monthly subscription for phone LTE remote start? I'm getting mine done through BestBuy.

It’s free. No monthly subscriptions. One time purchase of the phone app module which I believe is 149$ or 199$. Not too sure I remember.

This is the cost for the remote start and app module. There is no monthly fee once purchased.

Wow I'm pretty jealous now. Should've done this cause I got drone mobile and it's about $6 a month. Is yours included with gps tracking software or hardware support?

Ran to Home Depot today to pick up some mounting plates for my MicTuning rock lights (8 piece). These lights are meant for under body. I have another 8 piece kit for the wheel wells.

bending the mounting plates, drilling holes for light mounting and install took about an hour or less. Had to create my own wiring harness again because I will be running two sets of lights off one switch.

Not going to place them under the truck till it’s dark and I ran power. Want to maximize the available light for each piece. Another weekend project I’m assuming.

One switch relocated! Thought I had solder wire to extend the harness for the front facing camera and air compressor but oops....all out. Project will be for another time.

Not happy with the rear window harness I purchased. 42 inch length and it’s still too short. I DIDNT SPEND MONDAY on a wire harness that still required to drill in your dash and center console. I would prefer to tuck and route my wires. So now I have to buy another harness to finish hiding that corner spot.

Love the build. Can you tell where you got the smoked 3rd brake light cover? DIY or buy?

DIY. Used window tint to place over the 3rd brake light. The problem is that I now don’t have access to the screws that mount it. I would have to take tint off and replace after removing the screws.

I do have a 3rd brake light smoked with LED from Recon but installation requires you pulling your headliner down. There have been horror stories of people bending their headliner and it not going back looking normal. So I haven’t installed it since I bought it 4 months ago.

Relocated the anytimecamera switch to the center console. Easy access and a better use of this space. Compressor will take the final
Spot once they get back in stock.

Love the build. Where did you get these grab handles and what is the purpose of the seat jackets? Better ergonomics for taller folks? Do they work pretty good?

This link will take you to the grab handles.

the seat jackers lift the front end of the seat up a little higher. It makes the Toyota seats more comfortable on your lower back. Lots of complaints about Toyota seats. I find it makes my knees sit at a higher angle and takes pressure of my lower back.
Thanks for the compliments on the build. I’ve been having a blast owning and modding.

So I went loud and obnoxious. Flow master 10 true dual with a quick dump. The thing is loud and proud. Any drone is irrelevant compared to the panicked cars that clear the lane when they hear you pull up. Lol

Added accessory mount to the Rago plate. Running a 67d carbon fiber arm with a Ram mount. Sturdy fit with no vibrations or dash flex thanks to the ICS mounting plate. Will buy another setup for passenger use.

I used the same kit and very happy with it. Bright. Decent app and straightforward but time consuming install.

4 months back order and they finally arrived! Califabrication did an amazing job on the install. Truck is handling corners like a champ and don’t forget that speed bumps too. Weather gets better, take her on some trails for a real challenge.
