    Not really. Just have to heat up an axle housing to over 600*, nickel weld the nodular iron housing, post heat treat the weld (pretty much get a bed of coals hot, dump finished housing on top and go drink beer).

    Bedding in brakes is pretty much seating the brake pads into the new rotors. You can do this pretty quickly.
