    Anyone planning on trimming/rounding off the ends of the bumper trim? Been debating this in my head.

    I was actually thinking of getting flares that extended over the bumper piece.

    bit I do love the look of neatly trimmed bumpers to match bumper lines and create clearance

    Wow, great pics. Looks good. Can't wait to get mine.

    Probably a dumb question, but does anyone have a guess as to the usefulness/strength of those two shackle loops on the front?

    i think someone raised that question with RESZ when they first show these pictures and bumper was fixed later on the align with body. I might be wrong.
    @Jwood562 can confirm I'm sure.

    hard to say. I can lay my top piece of the bumper onto the resz fab bumper but don’t really see how they will line up until they are on the truck

    That alignment at the tips of the bumper/valence was one of my main hesitations during the group buy. Interested to see if they changed that in production.

    If you get a chance this weekend, xan you measure the tabs for the light bar? For some reason I thought they would mount a little different.

    it would be close! I was actually close to 32”

    Let me try again to get an exact measurement. 31.9” would be sure tight

    I just got shipping notification of the 30” Baja designs s8 light bar is coming.

    my packages from Baja usually one take one day so the bumper might be going on this Thursday!

    Just an update for me. I was messing with the S2 lights, they are a pain to get in there.

    I don’t see how @RESZfab mounted them unless they used custom brackets not provided by Baja designs.

    I am going to be looking at custom bending some brackets and maybe even tack welding the nut on it to make it easier.

    Stay tuned

    I sent them an email inquiring about when the next batch of bumpers will be shipped out, I was told they will be getting built this week, going to powdercoat next week, and should be shipping out March 16th supposedly

    Are you mounting the bolt top side going down? Would it make a difference of you threaded the bolt up from the bottom side? Do the brackets line up ok without the bolt and cant be fixed with different hardware?

    I hope you guys are doing well and hanging in there! Hopefully second batch of bumpers is shipped around the 16th as stated above by @nb_nielsen

    just an update for the s2 fog dilemma. After looking at it from all ways, I took some spare brackets I had and modified them to fit how I liked it. I got the lights to fit semi flush and I like the look, it might give the lights an outward throw, but I think it’s ok plus the lights are adjustable on my modified brackets.

    here is what I did, and some pics on how the non modified brackets hold the light too high and don’t allow it to mount to the bumper at all. I switched to 5/16” hardware to make it easier also.

    too tall in stock bracket.

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Un modified brackets held in place to show how the light would sit too far back and too high

    [IMG]

    So I thought to lower the light in the brackets by elongating the holes to sit lower

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Then to make the light adjustable side to side

    [IMG]

    Installed with low profile bolt

    I haven’t reached out. I was just wondering how they mounted their s2 lights because obviously the Baja brackets don’t allow them to fit as reszfab shows them.

    it just took a little modification in my end to get them to fit how I want them. Name of the customization game in my book

    @trevorstuart24

    did you order a bumper too? When I talked to Mike about the final numbers he said there was a couple orders who used our group buy coupon code that did not post here. Wondering if you were one, if so what’s your order number so we can add it to our list and track completion and shipping
