I have a 2020 trd sport and acquired a set of rock warrior wheels for $250. I have plans down the road to install a dobinsons 2.5” IMS kit but first I want to redo these wheels. Does anybody have rock warriors powdered coated bronze on white truck ? I want to leave the ring chrome or possibly leave the wheels the stock color just repowdered. Thanks

Wow, that’s an amazing find for $250!
I’ve thought about doing mine bronze quite a bit. The only picture I’ve saved is from @tomsinamerica :

He used cold cerakote which is crazy durable, but he said that it was a pain to spray evenly, due to the nature of the wheel shape not the cerakote.

I think leaving the ring polished with the bronze would look good, and a lot like @itsdchz truck when he had SCS SR8 wheels:

yeah, not impossible to do and cerakote is relatively forgiving when compared to base and clears but much more bothersome than powder coating where the electrostatic charge pulls the powder to the wheel.

I have no regrets though, I’ve never seen a wheel I wanted more than those bronze RWs
