Check your states laws to see if those are legal. In Va, trucks cant have them, unless they came on the vehicle from the factory. So, before you spend $ and time, make sure they wont be getting you pulled over or failed inspection.

There's alot of them that have done them, diy, or other ways. If you like them, go for it. I had them on my 2016, really liked them until the leds failed. It's your truck

I recommend Vleds 100% especially for that money.

First, do whatever the hell you want. For every owner who criticizes something like this also then put a carbon fiber sticker on their cupholder cause it makes the truck go faster. I'm not young anymore so would never add something like this but did a ton of s&%t years ago that I loved at the time. Problem, at a $106 the quality is probably insanely poor. First rainstorm and its done.

Thank for the input guys. After looking at this and the other posts, I like the Vleds idea. And I took no offense to any of the posts. I have learned to ignore. Thanks!

My biggest concern is once installed the top of the hood no longer sealed and will injest water when driving. any solutions?

I never had any issues, car washes, rain, snow. Could always use silicone.

There's a good YouTube video, Andy in Guam, he's on here too. I followed his video.

The wire routing on that specific model is pathetic.
Wires coming from the hood down to a power source is BS.
I saw the instructions and sent them right back.
Let that mod go; save your pennies and get a blower.
