hey guys I have a 2012 Tundra sitting at 114k miles looking to lift her 6 inches on 35s. my question is this...
what offset will be sufficient to allow tires to stick out of wheel wells around 1 inch or so? (NO FENDER FLARES) im trying to achieve a slightly aggrieve look with a little bit of tire pop, but nothing insane that will ruin my paint or get me pulled over on the daily.

would 20x10 -18 work? or would this be way to aggressive?

thanks guys and stay safe out there!

here is the truck now leveled on stock wheels with 2" wheel spacers

Hey, what width tires do you plan on running? That will also play a big part of this. I think -18 sounds like way more than you want... but really depends on tire width

I think zero offset will give you what you are looking for.

Here is @Trdwillie14 with 35x12.5 tires on zero offset methods. Think this is the perfect amount of poke.. but you can use it as a reference for whichever direction you want to go.

    good luck!

    both are 12.5” wide

had these available from another recent thread. Zoom in on the back tire for the +18 poke... hope this helps!

Offset is just mm “offset” from the wheel mounting to the hub. So +1 would just be 1mm closer to the cab of the truck compared to +0. So probably wouldn’t notice much of a difference, but they would poke just a little less.

Did you have to do a MBC with the 35s on the 0 offset?

Gotcha. I have 285/70's. Sometimes I think they are a tad small. The 295 is no bigger than the 285. The next noticeable size up would have been the 35's but I didn't want that shop hacking up a new truck. I'm on a 0 offset as well. I ended up getting new 285's again 2 weeks ago.

Some chopping this a pretty bald tire but it’s a 37 and it cleared. Also depends on the tire like the cooper the 35 is a 34 and a 1/2 or the km3 is not a true 37 it’s a 36. Something

35x12.5 on a 0 offset will poke out 2.5 to 3 inches. OP is asking for 1”. o_O

Hey now, I sent picture references and talked him away from -18 . I thought zero offset is a good amount of poke before entering the mall crawler Total Bro realm... :anonymous:

Haha. I agree, on a 6” lift the 35’s on 0 offset will look good. Just pointing out it’s not gonna be a 1” poke.

@Tremss347 I agree with others here. I have a 10 wide rim and 325X60X20 and the zero offset is perfect for me. I have no fender flare.
also for reference, this is a 6" pro comp II lift.
