I'm sharing this with another group of Land Cruiser guys. You mentioned this was a plastic? The eBay link is long gone.
Would an industrial plastics place be somewhere to look, or do you have something you could point me towards??
Thanks, this is really cool. I'm not so worried about my Tundra, but my Land Cruiser hasn't seen winter road trip in years
    and it's about time.

Don't have time to look right now, but i think you can check with Speedway or Summit for the plastic.

The 2.5 gen liners cover a lot more of the top and inboard side of the wheel well than the 2nd gen. They appear very close to fitting but just not quite. I tried to cut one up and combine with my 07 liners but it was proving to be difficult. I said screw it and decided to just run the 2nd gen 3 piece liners with the diy extension. Here's what I came up with for liner extensions using same material as OP. Waiting on the u nut hardware to install with oem liners.

And here's the 2nd gen liner overlaid on the 2.5

Having trouble finding u-nuts or "speed nuts" or "body fastener clip nuts" long enough to get to the square hole in the bed side supports. I probably should have just redrilled my own holes but I had coated them in chassis saver paint already and didn't want to expose bare metal again. If anyone else is looking, maybe the 2nd gen has a further edge to center distance than 2.5gen because the 19.5mm edge to center u-nuts aren't long enough, need a full 24-25mm and that's hard to find in an M6 thread (to stay consistent with 10mm headed bolts for all fender liner bolts) So I'm rocking the SS button heads with big washers nutted on the back for now.

I went through this thread and did not see anything for the front wheel wells. Has anybody done a custom job in the front? Looking for some ideas to get something in there with the 37's

I got a 10ft roll that was enough to do both rear wheel wells around $40 shipped. There were only scraps left over. I thought it was a little high priced but in all reality I spent another $30 on hardware that didn't work and anything off the shelf would have been another 2x or more the price. It's tough stuff but easy to work with, well worth it.

I guess I better order me a roll, I need something up front to block all the mud in the holes that are a bitch to clean. Does that website ever have sales? I am on the mailing list but it is all new product announcements it seems

I didn't find any sales or coupons. I tried looking at it every which way since they sell on Amazon, Ebay, and direct. Direct ended up being cheapest by a few cents.

I'm still very happy with the outcome and feels good to be protected for the impending winter!

I ended up adding a link to this write up in my blog post about 2nd gen bed floor rust. Thanks @ZPMAN !

I am working on another source to get some material that may work. Not getting answers quickly and no person to talk with on the phone when I have time to call. Do you have pics of how yours turned out?
