I searched the forum but didn’t find much about it, who has adjusted their front bumper and what all did it involve? Mine has a 1/2 inch gap on the passenger side compared to the drivers side. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If you’re talking about the bumper end cap to fender gap try using your bare hands. It’s a whole lot of plastic nutted together with a little bit of sheet metal for support. Pull down on the tight side and push up on the wide side to see if you can narrow the difference. Level 2 would be to pull the grille and fillers below the headlights for access to the brackets. If it’s a deeper, maybe prior repair issue, you’ll need heavier artillery.

    Had the same issue.
You will need to remove the outer bumper assembly - end caps / center valance to access the aluminum reinforcement bar.
The reinforcement bar can be adjusted up and down. Mine was set high on the driver side and low on the passenger side. Pushed the passenger side up to level with the driver and all is good.

Here's a pic for reference- check the reinforcement bar - its lower than the driver side.

All you do is remove the fog light housing by removing the lower splash guard just below the fender liner (it’s an separate piece) and use a 14mm box wrench to loosen the 3 adjustment bolts on the bumper. You DO NOT need to remove the entire front grill.

My 2020 is like that and when I went to dealership for first oil change and meantioned it, they said I could have hit something to make it un level, which I didn’t. I just live with it as it seems like a lot of work to adjust…… if there is an east way maybe someone make a tutorial that doesn’t look like above post with whole front end gone.

I just did this 30 minutes ago and it took about an hour. It’s easy. If anyone needs a more in depth guide I can probably help. I’ve noticed a lot of tundras have the same issue. I have contemplated telling the owner but once you see it you can’t unsee it

Not the best video but if you start at 2:30, he will kind of show what needs to be done. Be careful with those 2 tabs / screws on the side of the bumper in the fender well at 3:53. Use a pry tool to gently lift them and push inwards toward the vehicle, don't lift anymore than you have to in order to remove them.

Yeah it has those brittle plastic clips the bolts attach to. The small mud guard attached to it doesnt need to be removed. I ended up breaking a clip they’re kinda cheap.
