About to pull the trigger on dirty deeds trd dual exhaust but after looking under truck I see that my exhaust flanges are badly rusted. Am I going to have an issue getting this system to hook up without any major additional costs ie new catalytic converter?? Or can A muffler shop just cut off the old flanges & weld new ones on??

Hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like you still have enough meat on those flanges to go a few years yet.
Obviously the nuts and bolts have to be replaced, but knock the loose rust off the flange and see what you have left.

more than I can list here
You’ll have to cut off the nuts that are welded to the mid pipes. Call to order your system and remind me that I’ll throw in some bolts. We have em. 760-877-4234
