So, I've been struggling with my 2012 Grade trim for awhile. I added leather leather seats from a 2012 Sequoia and the passenger seat wires didn't match up. I finally spliced the right wires, so the power seat works now. But the airbag lights have been on since I initially messed with the wires.

Do I need to buy a SRS code reader to reset the airbag lights? Or is there a cheaper option? The yellow wiring harness fits just right, which I believe is the airbag wires (is this correct?). And with the power wire now hooked up, I'm guessing the airbags should work now. There are other wires that aren't hooked up...so there may still be an issue, but theoretically the problem should be solved. Appreciate any input.

Can't say for sure, but if you had one or more air bag modules disconnected while power was on (battery connected), then it may have caused an SRS fault with the control computer because the disconnected units failed to communicate with the computer. It happened to me with a BMW X5, and I couldn't reset the fault without a special SRS diagnostic tool. A standard OBD II code reader/reset tool will not work. You may need a more advanced SRS tool, a TIS computer, or take it to a dealer for a reset.

Cool, that's what I figured. I did disconnect the airbag wires and run the truck. Thanks dude.
