Hi Y'all , I bought this Truck back in August of 2018 its a Cement grey CrewMax sr5 TRD Off-road. I have slowly been gathering parts here and there and have done some things already. I wanted to make this thread to track my own build as I know I will never truly be done. And that it is going to be a slow process. I mod it as I can and with what I can afford.

So the build is slow and will be little by little like the title says. I still am enjoying the process and the truck. Off-roading and Adventuring every chance I get.

    • I have an ARB twin ( through a group buy here)

Two weeks into owning the truck tore it down and tried my hand at vinyl wrapping the dash and steering wheel.

Have gotten some scratches like I am sure most of us have the worst being from when my predator steps broke offroading sending it into the door.

Recently got some new to me kc pro6's minus the wiring harness. Created my own y-harness for pillar mounts. And one for a rear facing dust light. Hooked them all up to the switch pros. And set the strobe function up. Also replaced the black out covers with some amber ones.

On a little bit of a frustrating note I also now have a aftermarket aluminum oil filter cap. It was my first oil change after Toyota care ended. I don't know what they used to put it on last but ended up busting both the tabs and tool trying to remove it. This all happened at 5 o'clock on a Sunday. When Toyota parts department was already closed. Luckily tracked down the after market one at autozone. Than proceeded to struggle to get the stock one off.
