Thank so much, this test run is for my 83 SR5.
Next run will be on my FJ80. This is really helpful.
    Thanks again!

Where did you get those battery terminals on the 80 series?
And where did that bad A$$ mount over your battery come from, thats sharp!

The terminals I found on Amazon. They are cheap but get the job done with the space constraints I was dealing with. I prefer the SDHQ terminals. I made the mount since the vehicle came to me with no battery hold down. I figured I would make a mount that doubled as a battery hold down.

I just finished making a bracket for my new SwitchPros/BlueSea stuff. Thanks to this thread and a few other 4runner/Tacoma ones I decided to go with a layout similar to the Power Tray design thats available for tons of vehicles except ours. I like how the wires get run to the terminal and bus bar under everything rather than butt spliced to the wires and I dont want the fuse box that powertray adds.

I used too thick of stainless for this but it'll still work well  I plan to mount it on top of the relay box using some rubber spacers, with the SwitchPros facing the firewall.

Have you completed the wiring and install?

Oh yeah! I forgot to add the pic to this thread. I have a few more lights running off of it since I took this pic. I used add-a-fuse taps instead of cutting and splicing for the ignition and other wire — been working really great.

The only thing I need to figure out better is get a little bit taller rubber spacers between the bracket and fuse box cover. Its a little snug right now and hard to fish the wires underneath

Can I ask what your preferred bus terminal bar is to use and are you bolting through the fuse box lid to mount? Thanks!

With the white wire and the blue wire, I assume you ran those straight from the Switch pros to the fuse box correct?
Aka no need to run them through the bluesea circuit?

Correct! They are on add-a-fuses inside. I used IGN and the one of the Low Beam fuses. I currently left the pink wire alone and you can see it coiled up in the back.

I just got my bus bar in the mail to connect all the ground wires to and connect to the negative terminal on the battery.

Does any one have a link to a a a good wire/cable they used to connect the bus bar to the battery/ ground location with?

Looks good! I got mine from BatteryCablesUSA — they shipped it super quick. Just make sure to order a longer one than you think. I originally ordered a 6" and at 2AWG it doesnt bend much — so I had to order a 10" for my setup.

Just got my 21 sequoia TRD pro yesterday and planning on mounting my switchpros in the same spot... How did you mount it in that location? I was thinking some small L brackets.
