....I'm getting frustrated. I had Discount Tire do it twice with no luck. Figure, I would pay Firestone and have a buddy from TW take care of it. He says it's perfectly balanced but still vibrates at highway speeds. Any ideas what it could be?? Truck has 16K miles with 285/55/20 BFG ATs.

Bad belt in a tire, did you try rotating fronts to the back to see if that helped? Try an alignment?

If you bought at discount they should replace the tires if they can't balance. Sounds like they are balanced though.
Have them road force balance. A little extra but may help.
Another thing that affects vibes is alignment. When was your last alignment? Might have it checked.

I did not buy them at DT. DonnoD was able to road force balance. Totally worth the cost in this case.

Came with the truck. Havent had any vibes since DonnoD for TW hooked me up with road force balancing.

If thats the case, I'd rebalance on a standard balancing machine. Some tires need Roadforce, some dont seem to like it. Just depends on the set.
