OEM towing-mirrors-installed

I bought the oem smoked LED signal towing mirrors, power /heated. There is a plug along with 2 additional wires for the back up lamps. I ran them from the door to the cab. Where is the best place to connect them to work when the truck is shifted to reverse?

Hate to say it, but those wouldn’t be true OEM if they came with smoked LED and a separate connector for reverse lights. BUT, that doesn’t mean you can’t get the reverse lights hooked up!

The first question, though, is what year your truck is, because the actual connector and wire color may have changed over the years. For the 2021, this is the information I received for my Boost Auto tow mirrors (which I have not yet installed - just got them today).

Your Vehicles Tap Location:

The reverse light tap location can be found on the passenger side behind the kick panel. You will be tapping to the solid blue wire as depicted in the below picture. You will tap both white wires to this location.
