    If I had my way the hood would only be open during oil changes so how it looks is kinda irrelevant. Although my truck hates batteries so maybe I should paint it up as a nice distraction to having to deal with a dead battery next time

    My old stock 4.7 in my 2000 has a small cover over the TB so you can still see the intake runners.
