It's about that time - my 2021 CM 1794 is about to hit 10K in few weeks and need to figure out a good dealership to go to.

I bought the truck @ RMT and did the 5K at RMT since it was only tire rotation. I need to find a dealership that I can trust to do the oil change right with 10K service coming up. Nothing against RMT - I just want to get some recommendation before I commit to a dealership for service.

I used to go to Cavender Toyota with my 4Runner and it was good for a while. They lied and overcharged me on 30K service on my T4R so I stopped going there and no plans on going back w/ my Tundra.

Any recommendations? any service tech that anyone had good exp with?

I had good luck with Toyota of Boerne when I first purchased from them in 2018. They did an axle reseal job that was ok, they cut the brake hose brackets as a short cut though so they didnt have to bleed the brakes.

I’ve used Toyota of Boerne for several years. Like any dealership, you have to inspect what you expect but for the most part have been good. They aren’t the fastest though so be prepared to wait or drop off and come back when done to pick it up. I also used RMT a couple of times. No issues. Boerne is just more convenient.

Dont really care how quick they are with the service. Matter of fact, I’d worried if they are too quick. Never really considered Toyota of Boerne cuz they are a little further than other dealerships but might try them now

I’ve used both red McCombs and Toyota of Boerne. Both were good with no problems. I would never recommend alamo Toyota. They try to upsell you shit that doesn’t need to be done such as alignments and brake pads when they’re brand new...

    Some like...stuff and things.
Bought my 21 from Universal Toyota there on 35 just outside of Schertz. I had a good experience, and have had a good experience every time I go back to buy parts from them.

Haven't had them do any service though, so I can't speak on that part.
