You looking to buy headlights to retrofit? If not, I have a set you can borrow while you retrofit yours.

 

That would probably work well! Thank you! My lenses have some sun fading at the top, but I imagine most would of this age. I do plan to do my own retrofit, I’ll check the parts I have to see if they’ll work with my stock lights and let you know. Thank you Tony!

Welcome, @SAGE63! Have you done any off-roading before, in this or other trucks? Got any recovery gear, or are you looking for maintained dirt roads and pretty views?

It is SO time to start getting a trip going. I bet we’re not the only ones stir crazy and ready to get out. This is the perfect time of year for Anza Borrego too; with all the recent rain, I’m anticipating early wildflowers this year.

@fisherman951 Tony, you’ll need to do a proper test of those new Kings pretty soon, right? I’m hoping we can draw you out to A-B for a day trip. Maybe if @nishibot and @Mrs. Nishibot take point or caboose we can attract a few others. I’m fairly well scheduled through March, but would make any day trip I can fit onto the calendar.

no recovery gear yet... smittybuilt compressor. fish creek Saturdays ago and canyon sin nombre last sat. in the tundra. a few tomes around mud caves and morterro palms in the 99 expedition I just sold Friday...

 

I'm looking to tag along for a group trip or run sometime soon! Headed out to O-dubz next weekend but that'll be with the family and I'm running the bike.

this Saturday.... sounds good. dont want to break anything yet.

 

only have the toyota tube steps. and had to replace the brackets once already. prior to suspension. still deciding on what rock rails to get. James at The truck stop has some weld on's but not sure if I want to weld the frame on a 2021 tundra yet...

 

I can't wheel this Saturday but I recommend checking out Blair Valley if you want some leisurely wheeling in AB. The Lowell & Lindsey book is a very nice guide for the whole AB region.
