Any D rated 285/75r16?

Seems I'm having trouble finding much in the 285/75r16 d rated a/t tires. There really is no need for e-rated tires on such a light duty vehicle. Just makes the sidewall super stiff and your ride accordingly the same. Might just need to go down to 265/75 r16. Even C rated would be great for those that don't tow anything.

it is pretty common to have to move to E load when installing bigger tires on a Tundra. E load is what is available in larger sizes that fit Tundras. Some folks have installed 17 inch rims, more choices available in load C and D depending on the size you need.

I totally agree with you. I installed 33inch E load on my factory 18 inch wheels, would have installed something in C load, but nothings available.
