    Changing my setup yet again...asking 1350, I'm in Fallon, NV (east of Reno) willing to travel within reason. Tepui Autana 3 w/Annex that was never used (still folded in the bag from the factory). Tent has upgraded mattress, anti-condensation mat, extra rail for mounting the annex (so you don't have to remove the cover) all mounting hardware, awning poles, ropes and stakes. It has the skylights which are a great option but don't work well with the rain-fly so it's currently removed but included. Tent and fly are 100% with no campfire spark burns. Always stored indoors.
