Hi all. I recently installed an ArmorFlex cover on my 2020 Tundra. I'm noticing that the rails are pushing up on the plastic bed caps. Doing this on all four corners. Wonder if anyone else has this and what you did to resolve it...

pictures of how it's mounted inside the bed would be helpful to ensure it was installed correctly.

What was the conclusion on this little dilemma? Just a matter of adjustment?

Having the same issue and my install looks identical. Did the OP get this resolved and if so how?

I'm not sure what the OP found but after tinkering with my install I could never completely eliminate those bed rail caps from climbing up over time. In the end, I installed a stainless pop rivet (after applying touch up paint to the holes) at the front and rear of each bed rail cover (the caps were climbing at all four corners for me). The rivets were installed in the 1" vertical return flange on the inside of the truck box. Not my ideal solution, but problem solved and the fix is clean.
