Awesome! I don’t have the lock fitting. I should have gotten one.

Small mod today. I figured it’s pretty irresponsible of me to have so many electrical mods and no fire extinguisher.

Don't say that.....I've got these in my cart or I think it is this set?? They are AVS low profile, but the listing is different. They really look slick on the truck. I had the bubble in channel AVS on my 2015 they were alright, but I really dig the low profile look. Interesting, you said that the driver's window gave you problems. I installed a set of regular in channel AVS on my wife's highlander the driver's side gave me the same issues. In fact, it made the wife nervous when she was helping me and the window would not go all of the way up. I was pushing the window upwards while she held on to the button. It took 3 tries, but we got it to close. I called AVS and a representative said to leave it in the sun for a day and it will be okay. Sure enough, after a day in the sun, the window opened and closed without a hitch. Whew....I was thinking that I had to take them off for a minute.

Does it block any view out your window? They seemed to look blacked out? thanks.

The fuel vector D579 are pretty similar and come in 18. Just put them on my truck. I’m going to get ride of the chrome fuel sign.

Blacked out some more chrome today. I added the matte black 4x4 cover and Tundra inserts on the tailgate. Painted the platinum badge today in matte black and will do the mirror and handles in the gloss black shortly.

Tried to put LED interior bulbs in our 2021, despite reading all the threads we immediately broke one of the map light prongs. Took down the overhead console and sort of rigged the broken piece on with a wire and some steel wool. Working intermittently. Sent the entire LED bulb package back as a return. So frustrated to break something n a brand new truck. Son says he may be able to solder up something permanent, or just wait a couple of years for a console out of a wrecked one. Prior years match. cant get individual parts for it

Haha I'm trying to decide if I want to replace them to get a little more height out of the bed or an AAL option (tow frequently and think I want to add a bed rack).

That's a bit of work to take them out just to paint them. However, I have not heard of anyone painting their shackles.

Most of the time, they are hidden, these are now pretty visible. Need to make them stand out!!

Yeah to the front bumper. I took off the inner front wheel liner and pushed the brackets that stood out the most upward by hand and hammer. I also used a heat gun to help mold the inside of the bumper and pressed it upward. Pretty much curling it upward and then placing the inner wheel well lining back and molding it away from the tires.

Also had the guy doing alignment change my castor to exactly 3.5 on the front to get away from the body mount. Regardless though, I'm a bit hellbound on getting 37s so I'm gonna get a really aggressive BMC and maybe a relocation plate/bracket on the BM to get 37s.

it’s not retractable but I’ve been very happy with my gator hard fold cover. They usually have sales and it came in under $600. Serves my needs perfectly
