Ahhh. I stripped everything from my 13 before I sold it. For some reason, I took the side rails and tie down cleats too...lol. And I forgot to put the spare back in....now I have 2.

You are wise and have common sense. Was a no brainer to me when I bought one for my 07:thumbsup:

Thanks George! Lift is finally going on shortly. My 14 transformation is about to occur. Will be like my 07 but even better for me.

Added the leather clazzio’s tonight. Still need to do the headrests and straighten out some wrinkles but my fingers hurt and I’m going to bed

promocode “tacomaworld” gets you $100 off.

Lot of options to choose from & to customize but I had these exact same ones in my Tacoma for 3 years and loved them. Plus, the all blacks are usually already in-stock and came in 4 days.

I’m doing shims to remove lean and give a little more height.

Thanks, they were on for the crash investigator too. The investigator also said if they didn't work he wouldn't be surprised, the truck just got hit.

I was just about to reply the exact same thing.

Maybe if we can find a way to use Bluetooth and have "stop" flash on the people behind our trucks phones....

Seriously though, your brake lights are very subtle and a Tundra really blends in and almost disappears on the road...

How far back did you set yours? I think I need to move mine more rearward and cover more of the tailgate.

I got a little water in at the tailgate area, from the car wash today, but it isn't bad. Just think maybe an inch farther back and it would stay bone dry.

I set it back to just where the tailgate touches the gasket on the mx4. I’ll take a pic tomorrow.

I have just a slight gap on the right half of my tailgate and there is about a 2" section of seal on the left that falls into the bed. I think if I readjusted, squared it up, and shifted a hair to the left. All my issues would resolve. But I get barely any water in the bed I have yet to truly prioritize it. Maybe you'll motivate me to correct mine!

With true adjustable coilovers you shouldn't need shims to remove the lean, just adjust the coils to even out the side to side height.
If you're adding them to get more height than the coilovers give, then I can see that. I was going to do the Bilstein 6112s but then after reading about having to use shims to even things out I decided to go with true coilovers to eliminate the need.

I will go with Kings once the 6112s are smoked; I did not use shims with 6112s to even the lean - I staggered settings 1.6/1.3 - it worked great with no issues thus far (10k miles).

Upgraded my wheels and tires. Went from stock SR5 steel wheels with 255/70/R18s to the black TRD wheels with 275/65/r18s. Found them for $800 for all 4 wheels and tires. Loving the look now.

Thanks. I had to drive about 4 and half hours round trip for them, but definitely worth it. I want to bring the front end up some and get some bigger tires. These have the Michelin A/T2's on them, but I really like the A/T3's. Those are what I was running on my old truck.

Its completely plug and play. It adds new tweeters, subs, and amp for the subs. Factory amp stays. I’m very happy with the result. System now has a full sound that is super clear with added volume and bass.
