Smoking some ribs, grilling steaks, drinking some beers, sippin' on some Bourbon today. Have some family and a couple of my buddies and wives coming over to kick back and enjoy some relax time!

    1. Racks of ribs are on. Baby backs have the Swine Life Mississippi Grind. St. Louis I used Kosmo's Killer Honey Bee. Making homemade 2x baked potatoes for the side.

    2. Doing steak with some onions and zucchini's on the flat top. I cut up some New York strips. Let them marinate in Worcheshire sauce for about 45 minutes. Sear off on the flat top and coat with Swine Life Mississippi Grit seasoning. So simple and it is my wife and kids favorite way to eat steak.....

    3. Drinking some Bud Light, Sweetwater Goin' Coastal IPA, and Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale.

    4. Finishing off a bottle of Gentleman Jack, then getting into the Willets for tonight.

    5. My fat but is sitting here all day smokin, drink'n, and finally relaxing. Also playing some Nintendo Switch with the kids. First time playing video games in years!

Dnag you, you win. If I was not cooking 48 ounces of steak I probably would have a couple more racks!

Been a while since I have had it and probably better around now, but go to Sugar's and pick you up some. I am sure they will be just fine in a pinch!

I am doing mine on the Camp Chef flat top tonight.

Reverse seating on the smoker is my personal go to though. I set my smoker to 200-225. Smoke it for about 45 minutes or until 110-115 internal temp. Pull off the steaks, crank the Yoder up to about 550. The grate temps will be about 700 now. Put the steaks on and sear them off until internal temps hit 125. Hands down the best way to smoke/grill a steak!
