    Same company but on the corporate side. Merchandising execution team.

    They do resets in the stores. There is a supervisor position opening up, my DM says go for it, it would be a good opportunity. I have ins with the DM and RVP of MET in my area so I think my chances are good. Pay would be the same or more since it is a laterial move. The most attractive part is the hours, mon thru Friday 5am - 2pm, weekends off and every federal holiday off paid. Chance of Advancement is better since its corporate side of the business.

    I made a huge difference when I took over the department I am in now 6 years ago, took from a losing money department to a making money department, I believe I can do the same with the met team at my current store.

    Its a risk but screw it I am going for it.

    Good luck, you won't grow in your career unless you move out of your comfort zone, smart move. Make the $$$, pay yourself first in a Roth, IRA, 401k, so you can possibly retire younger. It's all about wise choices.

    Waking up every day and not having to work ever again and still getting paid well because you planned is a beautiful thing. Now 18 months into retirement and it's mind blowing.

    Interview was this morning, went well.
