Could someone please tell me what I need to order to put a TRD pro grill and TSS relocation bracket on? I'm hoping this will fix the PCS error that has popped up.

    TIA,

    Scott

I had issues with the ajt bracket; as have others. Some have had no issues with it. I kept getting the error - my thought is the face plate of their bracket is too thick.
I replaced with the jomax bracket and haven’t had an issue since. YMMV

You don’t need the bracket if you are looking at purchasing the newer PRO grill. If you are looking at a 17’ PRO grill then check out the Ares or Jomax relocation bracket.

Would I not need the relocation bracket to drop the sensor down due to my leveling lift? Does the new PRO grill relocate the sensor?

The 19’ and up PRO grill has the sensor bracket a little lower. I have a level kit with the sensor still in the original location which is behind the Toyota emblem. You don’t need the relocation bracket unless you are going to install the 17’ PRO grill.

I just ordered the newer PRO grille. I'm assuming I will have to have the dealership recalibrate the sensor.

    Thanks guys,
    Scott

You may not need to...I switched to a pro grill and never had any issues.

You may or may not have to recalibrate. Odds typically are that everything should be fine. Keep us informed and send us some pictures...

But was the sensor working prior to you putting in the new grille?

Did you also order the sensor cover?
    No need on recalibration.

Yes never had an issue before or after...bought a 3rd gen ARES cover and no issue there either but he isnt making them any longer. Probably better for all concerned on that deal....

My PCS and DRSS are currently not working. That is why after I install the new PRO grille, I believe I will have to have it recalibrated. I hope I am wrong.

I assumed you purchased the one from Toyota, not aftermarket.

I’m not aware of any aftermarket pro grills just the garnish covers. I got mine at cool springs Toyota. The oem garnish cover is still highway robbery
