One of those are on my wish list. There's just something about those that look so good. Nice knife!

Thanks for the kind words. I had one before and ended up selling it. Sellers remorse set in hard so I purchased this one. Good lord willing... this one will remain in my collection.

I had @gosolo make me one of his knives as well. Beautiful craftsmanship. Can't wait to put this to the test next hunting season. 20210121_123442.jpg 20210121_123512.jpg

The kbar on op photo looks just like mine. It is my top choice and never fails. Then the gerbers for fishing and camping activities.

It does. Been thinking about pulling the trigger on one for a while. After seeing this one I am waiting for it now instead of pulling the trigger on a freek 560BK-1.

I do like the look of that 535-3.
Can't wait to use this one. I am keeping it in my hunting pack.
What's the difference between this one and the 535-3?

Just a different series so the handles different blades a little different. They both are carbon fiber handles with S90V blade steel.

Of knives that I have (and not made), these 2 are my favorites. A benchmade automatic and a Puma that my son bought for me in Germany around 37 years ago.28289B7D-F4D7-401B-9DD0-11FF05B7898F.jpgF5190B4F-EB44-4BCC-96A4-78FDE21465DD.jpg

    So nice!

Sad story... My wife gave me one of these last year for my birthday,(Jan 3).
I lost it later that evening in between stopping at my mothers house and going to dinner.
That’s when I knew, 2020 would be a horrible year.

No joke, I spent the entire day at work today answering people's questions with "Heck if I know..." You ask this question and my mind slams "Vertx" to the front row. WaDaFuk...must be the booze.

Yes, this is in the center console. I've got the "Half Safe" safe from Console vault and the Vertx Map Quad panel (https://vertx.com/f1-vtx5130-bk-na) stuck to the side with some velcro. This was kind of a "well, I have this panel so let's try it..." experiment, but it has been solid. Everything is easy to grab and releases without issue, but doesn't fall out.
