Them dark blue work shirts look awful familiar. Lol

Happy to see even one more bolt installed than there was before.

Sorry I'm just bombarding your posts the last x2 days. Not sure if you still have your seat in the back or not, but a couple options below if you do or do not. I'm no carpenter either, and managed to add this for my dogs rather easily. Just a piece of treated board from Home Depot covered with speaker carpet. It wedges between the bench seat enough to keep from falling in towards the floor. I had a similar platform in my Tacoma, which had legs on the front to stabilize the platform. The Taco jumper seats are a lot smaller than the Tundras, though.

My Tacoma platform was a cleaner product. Both built with a handsaw and staple gun:

No need to apologize for helping me. That's why I brought it up. I think what you did for the Tacoma makes more sense for me. My dogs are considerably bigger than yours and need all the space they can get. Normally I put them in the bed but there are times I need them in the truck and it's a little safer for them inside if something were to happen. Thanks for sharing that link. Yesterday I ripped out the fridge slide. I'm going to borrow a saw from my dad tomorrow.

I've been kicking around the idea of going back to no back seat. I was going to build a sub box in place of those little under seat compartments but having two dogs riding in the back makes me want more space too. I might just build a sub into the back wall instead. I really like what @Voss did to his, I'm feeling inspired by that.

When I had a Boxer I ripped out the back seat so she could lounge and walk around comfortably. I wasn't expecting to do that with the Pug.. I mean mini mastiff, but throwing a little luggage back there with him makes it crowded fast. (Wifes luggage, I can live out of a backpack) Now that I'm married I can't imagine having my wifes crap and a big dog back there, let alone two. The answer is leave the wife at home :D

One guy on YouTube put his on a jack and stands and drove the truck to the bumper. Seems like a good approach if you're short of extra hands.

Have the legendary PB Blaster on hand for removing the old bumper.

Man.. i still want a beefier front and rear bumper. But at the same time I don’t want to effect my towing capacity..

Random question of the day. How are instrument clusters able to store able to store our total miles? When you unhook the battery you lose the trip miles but the total ODO reading remains.

I have secretly wondered this for years. Why can't our radio presets do the same?

Stored like a drive for a computer. Think of a USB, it doesn't need power to retain info.

One of the guys I rode with a few weeks ago sucked a bunch of water into his rear diff when crossing those creeks. Just a reminder for folks that haven't done the breather extension mod yet. His diff fluid looked really interesting when he drained it.

Found a nice crack in my dash cluster clear plastic. It really annoys me to look at it. I wanna replace it but there is no way it would be cheap and I DOUBT I can find a clean enough face to swap on from the junkyard.....

Haha no way, I was just wondering if this was typical rural king lot, or a “grocery” store lot.
    I’ve never been to TN

We have a store here called miller’s surplus, it’s definitely one of a kind. I’ve gone there since my youth for camping gear, lots of cammo during a “phase” in my life. The entire time there has been this lady there, that would remind you of a old time diner or what reminds me of this old time bar keep at the hole I go to. She uses the word(s) baby, baby doll, sweety, sweety pie, sweetheart, dear, honey, honey pie, sugar, sugar pie, angel, love; at least 3 of those in a sentence, almost like she’s working for a tip. But it’s not that kinda place. She is the nicest lady, but I never know how to respond because I’m still trying to process all these words she’s thrown together!
It’s a great place to browse, even though you know exactly what they have.......

Hooking up my butcher tomorrow, he’s got a “janky” set up(one of his workers words, not mine, out loud)
He just has a standard splash mount faucet, on a 2 comp sink. So I’m getting him set up with a jet spray prerinse, Add a faucet, and a new faucet fixture; all from T&S BRASS. I’ll clip the sink to the wall proper and use proper drop kits(hack job prior) and cone the whole Temale when I’m done.
