A little of this and a little of that.
Are you wanting to do them yourself or buy them blacked out? I blacked mine out for about $15 plus an hour or so of time.

I don't know the price of "buying" them already done. It was a straightforward process so I did it my self. I purchased: 1 can of VHT nightshades, and 1 can of clear coat. Here's what she looks like and the process:

I taped off the reverse light section of the rear lights and sprayed one coat. Then after they were dry, took tape off and applied two more coats to everything. Hope this helps.

I used the only brand Wal Mart had, I forget the brand right now.

I removed the lights from the truck, including the third brake light and sprayed them on a cardboard box on the ground.

Ok, so I had to get up and go into my garage and check what I used. I used Rust-oleum Lens Tint and Rust-oleum Acrylic Enamel Clear Coat to do my tails.

What part of town are you in? I'm off of Lake Mead and Rampart. I could maybe help you out with your tinting, if you want.

I too thought about doing my fronts but with how dim our stick headlights are I didn't want to risk not being able to see at night. It wouldn't be hard to do our own fronts. Just take off the headlights and do 'em. Lmk when you're going to do your rears and we'll do them!

Simplicity of setup, off the ground so you don't have wet/muddy gear, don't have to be concerned about rocks, can park anywhere and sleep comfortably without havING to find a spot for a tent, and most importantly....they come with a comfortable mattress!! I'm 42 and sleeping on the ground is getting less and less comfortable. I'm getting more and more interested in luxury camping and a pull behind won't go where I want to

Me too, but I now have a truck that will go places I've yet to go, but want to, so I need a Marriott that I can carry with me. Trust me, I've done enough ground sleeping for a lifetime, and not that I wouldn't do it again, but I'm a grown up now and am going for comfort.
