    I can cook a medium rare ribeye and freeze it in the foodsaver then reheat to medium rare in the sous vide. Amazing convenience at times. FWIW I think a steak cooked straight in the coals on the BGE is superior to any method including sous vide.

    If you ever find marinated chicken breast that are vacuum sealed, sous vide them followed by a sear on a hot BBQ. Super tender and moist. For the searing, use a spatula instead of tongs or you will be leaving pieces on the grill.
