Jealous. We are cold as crap, but just aren't getting any precipitation. It's going to be a bad summer if spring isn't really really wet.

 

Well crew, we made it to Friday.

I made the mistake of putting off some mandatory training until today. Thought it would be a good way to kill a few hours this morning. But it is horrible to the point of being painful. Forty+ pages of an example scenario to teach people to be smart.

Yeah, not sure it works that way. Stupid people by definition...

 

That'll make the weekend all the sweeter. Persevere.

 

Done. Maybe it will make the rest of the day easier, but time will tell

Snow and family needs killed my trip to visit my buddy. No Chinese food or Sushi for me.

Though I have had a righteous headache off and on for 4 days. I think I've just forgotten to hydrate like I should.

My kids get tired of me always pushing water, lol. A soda is a rare treat for them.

 

Yeah, my daughter gets funky when she doesn’t hydrate. Yet, every few weeks she’s got to re-test that limit.

Her “Dad/Mom, I have a headache”.
Knowing her water bottle hasn’t moved from the end table for at least a day, we ask “Where’s your water bottle? Have you been drinking water?”
Her <mumble mumble> and shuffles off...

Forecasts all said dry today... so i was surprised to see snow in my drive home.

 

Forecasts are broad and generic. I frequently experience weather that goes against the forecast, but the rest of the area will have been accurate.

 

The forecast for Wed and Thur as of yesterday morning was for dry and mild. Planned a day out into the hills by Crystal Mt. and now it's saying snow in the hills. Great.

 

Sounds like you need to go spin donuts in the snow.
