Whats crazy is that all i been finding are DC caps and not CM their was like 2 i found faded paint and all for over $1k. But like you said it was a nice score. Wanted something cheap since ill be cutting a hole in the roof and building a tent like GFC and mounting it on top

Nice lights. I should have looked around more. I bought mine at the dealer waiting on paperwork. I usually check and adjust mine at the nearest cemetery, dark and some flat spots

Pretty Simple to be honest, removing and installing headlights on the Tundra is pretty simple and plenty of Videos on YouTube. But here is a list of the parts:

    https://www.amazon.com/EAG-Replacem...46123&pd_rd_wg=0UcNv&pd_rd_i=B06WLP6DGW&psc=1

You’ll need to splice into the wiring harness for the DRL’s - again plenty of videos out there on it.

    https://www.morimotohid.com/morimoto-07-13-toyota-tundra-xb-led-headlights

    https://www.morimotohid.com/morimoto-toyota-round-xb-led-fog-lights?quantity=1

Fogs are a bit of a PITA, have to take the wheel well cover off to get to it, but pretty much self explanatory.

Not trying to blow you off but there are tons of threads here on these and on YouTube. But PM if you have specific questions.

EBay smoked headlights, klearz smoked third brake light lense cover, ebay super white painted rear bumper, Amazon ditch light kit. Today I finished up getting rid of the chrome and had the front bumper wrapped with 3m gloss white and ditch lights tinted with yellow tint from Amazon and my spyder tail lights tinted. :headbang:

Took over a year. Got 4 ditch lights with my bumper. Got 2 Baja designs squadrons for Black Friday. Got them welded up with a custom bracket (PITA). Finally got it all wired. RTT arrives end of the month hopefully and then we’re off.

Had to have a door key made bc wife locked the door with both keys inside the truck. Parts guy stayed past quitting time to help my butt out of a jam. The charge?..... $9.95 plus tax. Kudos to Coad Toyota in Paducah, KY.

Not sure if i did the right thing, i'll never be able to find another RCSB 5.7 4x4 that runs this good. Just that i haven't been driving it much, the Land Cruiser took its spot as the go to vehicle.

One hopes that the new owner enjoys it as much as you once did. I occasionally think about getting into an LC, but for my usage and all that I've done to my RCSB, that would be just silly.

Weren't those wheels on the LC?

Yes! Good memory, bro if you have an SC'ed RCSB, that's basically a tank strapped with rocketboosters. Even in stock form my RCSB felt fast, can't imagine with the SC. My priorities changed, i road trip a lot now and i'm an avid adventurer, skier, so the Cruiser makes more sense. It's slow as hell, but it's rock solid, smooth, and very quiet compare to the Tundra. I got new wheels for it so i slapped the old ones on the Tundra and sold it.

My first set of wheels for the Tundra were these, at +12mm offset, and 295/70/18 AT tires, they were rub city.

For an offroad setup with big tires, one should run +30mm wheels, and with a leveling kit you can stuff 295s in there easy, or you can go to a true 35 and run 285/75/18.

LOL, ya. There is a rather Millenium Falcon aspect to it when merging onto the interstate. You really need to recalibrate which cluster of traffic you're going to hope will grant you a space.

A vehicle is often a tool of life, it needs to be appropriate for what you do. The same applies to recreation, and the two often overlap more than what we realize upon initial glance.

A pal of mine has an FJ100 and a 2010 Tundra. The FJ is the family truckster and the Tundra is for the house remodel. When the remodel is "done", the Tundra will go away and he will get something more fitting his long term daily needs then.

It's striking how different the color looks on the Tundra in the two different photos.

Hopefully someone takes care of her. Hell, I probably hold on to my 08 when I purchase my retirement Tundra. All the blood, sweat, and tears I put into her. I couldn't sell her knowing she would be treated like shit
