Due to the request from another member, I thought it was a good idea, so here we go.

I recently punched a OneFinity CNC machine. I was originally was going to purchase a Shapeoko XXL. The I ran across a video about a guy that had a Shapeoko and was moving over to OneFinity. When I looked at the pricing and ability to move the OneFinity to another location relatively easily, I decided to go with the OneFinity. It took a while to get the machine. I believe I ordered and paid for it in September, and it did not arrive until a day or two before Christmas. The machine came in three boxes and is a pretty heavy duty piece of machinery for a hobby machine. Below are some pictures of the unboxing. It came really well packaged and nothing was damaged, nothing was missing.

I watched a video today about the new and improved Shapeoko Pro and they have stepped up their game. I really like the way they have simplified the assembly and I really like the new hybrid table/spoilboard they have come up with.

I will update this as I get the chance to do some cutting with this machine and get a better understanding of the software. There are a couple of free programs out there that I have been playing with, Carbide Create and Fusion 360. I do have some limitations on the software I can use as I am primarily a Mac user and most of the software is written for the windows OS.

Carbide Create is the software used to run a Shapeoko, but works with OneFinity. It is a capable software, but, pretty basic and stripped down. Fusion 360 is a full on CAD/CAM program that has a pretty steep learning curve if you have never worked in a CAD/CAM environment.

Here is a folding table I made to all me to conserve some space when the machine is not in use. I still have to make some drawers for bits and wrenches and other bits and pieces associated with CNCing.FCD7A4A2-739C-4B73-9E67-4D52C641A77E.jpg

As the owner of a dozen Haas machines, I’m somewhat envious of you being able to easily move that. I have to bring in a rigging crew and electrician every time, and mud jack the floor occasionally due to the weight.

Probably doesn’t need 3 phase power either!

Right now it doesn't need three phase power, but eventually I will move to a VFD and 400 HZ water-cooled spindle. Nice thing is there are 115 VAC VFD's that will provide the 400 HZ power to run a spindle.

But with a HASS machine, they have multiple axis and more than likely automatic tool changes. I am pretty much limited to what can be done in an XYZ environment, and have to stop the router to change bits and re-zero the z axis with a bit change.

Yep, we have everything from small super minimills to a vf3ss and umc500ss (5th axis). We use a lot of trunnions in the other machines for 4th axis, and 20-30+ tool changers.

    Lots of maintenance, overhead, etc.

Your setup looks like something great to have in your garage.

Mach3 is excellent for CNC routers, VCarv Pro is also excellent.

I've been running a Dynatorch CNC Plasma table for a couple of years now and recent picked up a Techno Isel CNC Router table. The two are similar in that they both have X/Y/Z axis but doing true 3D designs has been the hardest part of learning how to use the router table. I can simply import 2D drawings to both Plasma and Router tables but to really get the most out of the machine I am trying to learn Fusion 360. I'm am just a hobby fabricator so I'd be interested in hearing from more experienced users.
I am working on a few items for my Tundra with both tables.

I have been leaning towards VCarve as it appears that it will fill most of my needs until I can get smart on Fusion 360. I have it on my laptop and play around with it, but, it is very easy to get lost in the complexity of the software. Getting lost leads to frustration, and frustration leads to me closing the program and moving on to something else. That is quite the suite of equipment you have laid out there.

We use solidworks, but any of the high end packages have really steep learning curves. And they can get pretty expensive.

You can usually YouTube anything you want to do in fusion360 or solidworks.

    Busy day for us:

That's a nice looking shop you have there!

I'm still going through YouTube tutorials for Fusion 360. My problem is that I am so focus on my specific needs that I'm to impatient to get through that basic "how to extrude" type videos while I'm trying to build a complex curve shape. After many hours of failures I'm pretty happy with the shape I've come up with. I know that I still have A LOT to learn.

Here's the shop I work at. Been there almost 7 years now. These pics are older and we've since added more machines beyond the roll up door in the background of the first photo. I ran the old vf3 for a few years before I got upgraded to a brand new one. I've used mastercam software since 2002. I'm currently using Mastercam 2021. It is expensive and does have a learning curve though.

I love the high speed tool changes of the vf5ss. 1.4s chip to chip. Do you like 2021? I've been using 2019 because 2020 was too buggy.

I use solidworks and Mastercam daily. I also have a laser cutter, 3d printer, and a Faro arm.

I use YCM mills and a manual lathe and knee mill. The biggest mill is x60y30z27.5"
    Sorry, no pics to share.

The machines cut materials (usually aluminum or steel, but can be anything from foam to pure nickel) and create parts.

These are the two I’ve seen requested the most. I think they’re the only two Tundra / Sequoia badges not available in black from any source.

You can’t easily machine those because of the sharp angles in and around the lettering. You’d have to use really small diameter tools that would be prone to breakage, and would take forever.

That’s why I asked. I don’t know anything about how any of it is done. Just figured if someone could find a way they’d sell a lot of them. Seems like we see people looking for them pretty often.

I have the tools to make some but it won't be very many and they'd be pretty expensive because like @Willard said, small tools. The smallest corner I can make is 0.5mm [0.02"].
The hardest part will be matching the back side contour to sit flush with the body of the truck.
