    What year is your Tundra?
Are talking about getting the fog light out of the bumper or getting the electrical connector unplugged?

Pics would help us a lot in answering your question..

The bezel? Just remove the light, then squeeze the plastic vertically and it will pop out.

He's talking specifically about the small rectangular clip with triangular teeth that holds one of the bottom clips of the foglight bezel. I had the same issue, but bought new bezels because I replaced my fogs with the Rigid TRD Pro fogs. The fist one I broke by tugging too hard. If you take off a couple of the screws/clips in the inner fender well the top and bottom fender well pieces separate enough for you to get your hand in and remove the clip. Then the bezel will come right out. You can't see the clip but it's pretty easy to feel as it's only a little deeper than wrist length once you reach your arm in.
