I need a place to keep track of what I have done to my 2019 CrewMax Off-road Cement Tundra. Bought July 30 2019. Had a 2011 Tacoma which I still miss to this day but needed something bigger so the wife and I felt more comfortable towing our TT.

The day we bought it. It came with the badges blacked out and a bed liner.
    upload_2021-1-2_14-31-12.jpg

As it has been 1 1/2 years since I bought it, below is a list of mods that have been done so far. Not in order as this is from memory and just looking it.
    -Bottle opener in bed
-ultragauge from my Tacoma that shows Trans temps
    -Tyger Steps and Bull Bar
-KC Apollo fog lights that I took of my Tacoma.
-Stubby Antenna. Good for around town but on trips I notice the reception is not as good.
-SCS, SR8 wheels in gun metal. With BFG KO2’s. 275-70-R18. No lift. Rubbed a little at full turn On mud flaps so I took a heat gun to the mud flaps and a 2x4 to bend them.
    upload_2021-1-2_14-42-17.jpg
    -center console organizer
    -Behind the seat organizer.
-DIY storage below the back seats

-DIY Unitstut Bed Rail. Installed the tool holder I made for my Tacoma for the axe, fire extinguisher, shovel, etc.
-put on a tonneau cover. Not sure which one. It was the cheapest one I could find on ebay. Like $120 to see if I like it before spending more on a better one. Year later it still works and I like it.
    upload_2021-1-2_14-49-43.jpg

    -Driver side grab handle.
    -TRD Pro Shift handle
    -AJT interior black out
    -Fyre Fly’s LED interior lights
-Dipped front grill, bulge and bumpers.

Looking good! Love the Cement, it's the only other color I check out, when my truck isn't looking
Did you get your truck at Toyota on Canal Drive?

I got it in Bellevue. Tri-City Toyota was like $4000 more. I was emailing Bellevue and Gresham and they both got the prices down. I just happened to be in the Seattle area so I stopped by and low and behold, bought it.

I had my Home Depot list made up for the unistrut mod but found a NIB OEM bed rail set for $130 on Craigslist. Unistrut rail system is they way to go if you can't score on Craigslist. Dealer is asking too much and not much cheaper on Amazon

Switched to white letters out on the tires. Kicking old schools. I like the look and not sure why I did not do this originally.

Just ordered Bilstein 5100 to level the front. While I wait for them to be delivered, a shameless pic and now she is named...Yo Mama

    Canopy, nothing crazy.
Quick question, did you have to get a wheel alignment after the blistein install? Love your truck. Thank you.

Yep had it aligned and re-balanced. Funny the timing of your question as I just had to get it re-balanced for some reason as my steering wheel would shake at 55-65 mph. Not sure why? Dealer who installed the lift re-aligned it again but could not get the tires to balance. Took it to a local tire store who I bought the tires from and they had it re-balanced with no problems. All ok again. Just weird….

How is the dip holding up? Just bought a 21 cement CM yesterday and that chrome has to go. How much dip did it take to do the grille and bumper caps? 1 coat or?

I should re-apply. I did 4 coats. Should do more and be patient. Some chips showing now. I did not do a great job originally and should of taken a little more time. It still looks good from about 10 feet but it needs some fresh coats and I have been lazy to take the grill apart. Not difficult just time consuming. Seems like I hear 7 coats is what others do on wheels and grills. Maybe 3 cans worth to be safe.

Brother in law for Christmas got me a gun case. Not as fancy as some but works great for my needs and I can always remove from the truck and use in other areas. Bolted the cable to the bottom of the center storage compartment.

just added the Xmas gift of the Opt7 tailgate light. This one has running lights, brake, turn and the back up lights. A pain to do in 35 degree weather but I got tired of waiting for the weather to warm up. I purchased the Tow Package Module as it suggested this if you tow and have the back up camera. I was confused about it needed a constant 12v power and ended up running the wire the whole length of the truck to the battery. I am very electrical challenged so the whole process took me several hours with a lot of it trying to research directions. Only the one picture with the running lights on. Very cool product overall!

Painted the catalytic converters to hopefully persuade a thief to move on to a different vehicle. Apparently harder to sale if they are painted. Not ready to pay for the shields yet.

Added a aux fuse box to try to clean up the birds nest of wires. My electrical skills really suck! Ran out of the correct connectors so could not shorten up the positive wire.

Added some flags under the mirrors my daughter made. Still deciding if I need to remove the Iforce badge as there is “too much going on”. I will drive it for a little bit to see how I feel about it.

Added yellow Lamin-X film covers to my KC lights. Have not seen how they do in the dark yet. Hoping the color helps in fog like people claim the yellow lights do.

Edit- she does ride a little rougher with no load. The main roads and highway I do not notice but some of the others roads a little bumpy.
