    Morning all,

just picked up the new tundra last week. I have the halogen lighting and I’m looking for recommendations on LED conversion kits. I like at the 6k-6500k lights with the hints of blue to them. Anyone know any good LED conversion kit bulbs out there. Going to do headlights and fog lights.

here’s a picture of the new rig:

How Much are you looking to spend? A cheap conversion will be just purchasing the LED bulbs from V-Leds, Headlight Revolution, or Amazon Beamtech or Auxlight...Basically 100-200 bucks to get you all setup.
The OEM LED lights will run you about $560.00 for the pair, and then you'll need fogs as well. If you're going to get the OEM headlights, you might as well get new fogs from someone like Diode Dynamics, Rigid, or Baja Designs- they all make a great products. Those fogs are anywhere between $200-500 depending.
There are numerous threads about all of the info I just laid out.
I personally went with the Beamtech LED lights from Amazon 40.00 bucks, and Diode Dynamics Sport Fog lights 200.00 bucks from amazon.....Both work well, and provide plenty of light. Hope that helps.

Interested in this too as I just purchased an SX. So let me understand this correctly. To get LED headlights you can either switch out the entire headlight unit, which is costly, or simply swap out the bulbs and leave the headlight unit untouched (for a low price)

Yes, but the OEM LED headlights are intended to be LED and the light will go where it’s supposed to vs. just putting LED bulbs in halogen housings and spraying light everywhere including into oncoming drivers eyes.

    Alot of them
Most bulbs will create glare in a halogen reflector. Vleds Micros are pretty good. I had them in my 2013. Link is for a 2020.

Welcome and Happy New Year from Central Texas!

Check out Alla Lighting, a member in here. There was an older post about LED lighting.

I used JDM Star with no issues for bulb replacement. I have received purchased some Alla bulbs to see how they operate.

Cannot help you on interior lights because I bought some years back and we're on my 2015. I purchased them off of eBay. When I picked up my new truck, I just switched the out before the '15 left my possession.

    Good luck and congratulations!

can I just plug and play or do I need a resistor/canbus type device to install also. I’m being a little lazy and dunno if the 2021 is canbus or not and if it’ll throw error codes if I just plug in an LED bulb without anything else.

Went ahead and bought the VLEDS this morning with the new year 20% off. I’m still not sure what fogs to get. Does anyone have the VLEDS fog bulbs? Any other recommendations ?
