Did you break your truck and have to sell parts now or...(no disrespect meant) What is the reason behind selling this? I've been eyeing these but not sure the juice is worth the squeeze...

Trucks fine, I went to a 2.3” Griptec pulley when I bought everything else Prospeed has for the Tundra.

Gotcha! Hmmm, I am doing some contemplation...what did you end up doing when you just threw this URD pulley on...did you have to increase your injector size past what was originally used when you might have been at stage one? Just wondering what other items might be needed if i was to find this on my engine...?

Not sure which kit you have from Magnuson. My flex fuel kit came with bigger injectors and I was nowhere close to 100% duty cycle. I ran it without modifying the tune for a while and then I sent my logs to OV Tune and they modified them a little.

I have the stage 1 skit from TRD/Mag...larger injectors (480s?) came with the kit...I too have a modified tune from OV Tuning and though I'm happy with it, "more" always seems to be what my brain always grasps for...thank you for the information!

I run this pulley without issue with the green injectors.

For clarification to both the OP and @snivilous, what belt would one need and do/did you experience belt slippage? My deductive reasoning skills suggest you did have belt slippage as to why you went to GripTech...?

I used the original belt that came with the SC. No slippage with this; I bought the Griptech because it’s slightly smaller and my future plans are that it will spin faster so I’ll need the grip then.

Gator back 4081124 from reading this thread: https://www.tundratalk.net/threads/belt-slipping-after-smaller-supercharger-pulley-again.494289/

    $41 on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Continental-4081124-8-rib-Multi-V-Serpentine/dp/B000EI4N6U

I swapped the stock pulley out when I bought the blower essentially and just from the get go got that belt since it's smaller than the "stock belt". I've never had any belt slip issues, and bought the URD pulley since it was the only one I knew about. I'd be impressed if a 2% diameter change over the URD makes any difference, but I also thought the 4% change from the URD and their claim of a 25% boost increase were BS but I somehow see more than that at sea level.....soooo obviously I don't understand superchargers very well :D either way, that belt with OPs pulley and I haven't had belt slip and make 10+ psi at sea level (somehow)

It has to do with where you are on the efficiency "curve" of the SC. If you're operating where the SC is efficient then a few rpm's make a big difference in boost. At a point on either side of the curve the returns diminish.

The pulley is pressed on, so you don't need anything else besides a way to remove it and press the new pulley on. You can conceivably do this on the truck, but it's easier imo to pull the snout which can be done without removing the blower housing.

I have a 21 and the snout shaft is not threaded so you can pull relatively easily but must have upright in a press with the snout off to install a new one20220906_172303.jpg
