I've seen it a few times now, but where is everyone getting the rubber mats for the cupholder area? This hard plastic is brutal with everything just sliding around!

Yeah, and they’re cheaper than most other options like tuffskinz. They’re just rubber in the bottom of the cup holder... nothing crazy. They have different color trim depending on your tastes - the red accents the red in my interior already.
The door handle inserts I’ll eventually replace with the leather ones made by a member on here.

    Nice. Link for those too!

Does the tuffskinz cover this area by chance?

I have mine waiting to install. Yours look nice and tucked in compared to others. Did you do anything different from the installation instructions?

I pulled the mounting brackets that go to the truck all the way out that way I could push the boards in a little bit more closer. When your under there you'll see what I'm talking about. Loosely thread the bolts in and then pull the bracket away from truck.

Love your truck. I think that AG needs some chrome to contrast. That looks better than the Pros IMO.

Thanks man! I was gonna dechrome it, but it has grown on me, and at this point I’d rather spend my money on functional mods. Trans cooler and air compressor install are next.

There is one bit of chrome I MUST delete—the dang vent rings. Those things are blinding when they catch the sun.

Interior Chrome is a bad thing, but on the outside some trucks can pull it off.

I made an Orca sticker for the tailgate.
Not everyone’s thing, I’m sure...but I like Jaws and wanted something unique.

so I paused the scene of the boat at night, took a photo, traced it, and made a decal. It even has silhouettes of the characters. D8E4E43E-CF56-470B-966E-40B8445BFFD4.jpg

I used Gunk Foamy Engine Cleaner and agitated a bit with my tire brushes, then did a light rinsing. Air dried with my leaf blower, then I used 303 protectant for the various plastics and hoses. Worked pretty well, but if I had to do it again I wouldn’t use the Gunk stuff — it foams nicely, but it gets everywhere and dries too quickly in my opinion. Probably better to go with another degreaser that you can dilute in a regular spray bottle. I found a lot of good info / tips in this Detail Geek video:

Finally got confirmation that my wheels are in port here on Maui. Decided to go ahead and install my 6112/5160 setup with JBA Offroad UCAs and TOYTEC Shackles. Did a brake line relocation, diff drop and Sway bar relocation as well. Front took about 6 hours on day 1, rear took about 2.5 hours on day 2. All hand-tools and lots of loud obscenities but very happy with how it sits.

Not going to post pics until my wheels/tires are on because Im running the bone stocks until then... Looks ridiculous. Friday should be the day!

Nice man! I have the same suspension minus the JBA UCA's. The first time I did suspension on my previous Tundra, I invented new combinations of swear words. This last time, I bought a pneumatic impact wrench and it made the project almost enjoyable! Can't wait to see the truck with wheels and tires!

Going to be doing the same setup install once my 6112 Black Friday purchase ships from Wheelers. (Maybe early January, but not betting on it). The impact gun is a great bit of advise that I was already thinking about. Any recommendations for a somewhat good but not stupid expensive air impact gun from the community?
