Trying to find out what tuner everyone has gotten the best results from. Looking to get some better fuel economy if that's even achievable. Truck is lifted with 33's. 5.7L.
I installed a module to the ECU and got a whole 2/10 of a mile. The module manufacturer were claiming 8 mpg's. Customers actually got between 3-5. I feel like I got corned! Thanks in advance for any insight.

No real way to get better economy that's worthwhile, unless you return it to stock tires and height.

Something I'm going to have to come to peace with...because that's not happening.

Just drive it and enjoy it. I get about 13mpg, maybe 15 hwy on a really good day. Doesn't bother me a bit. Just want the larger tank for towing

I bought a 2017 f150screw for fuel savings which really didn’t occur towing with just slightly bigger tires around 12.3 pulling light boat trailer. Well I had 3 oil pan leaks and tranny problems just traded for a tundra I owned 3 toyota vechicles they are very dependable
