Transmission Leak Question?

    You missed that part about pulling the transmission to fix a freeze plug on the back of the block?

    there are 2 one on each bank. personally never seen those leak, but could. cant see them without removing the plenum

    there is also the one behind the flywheel.. if that ones leaking, trans has to come out

    Well, since you'll still have to dig underneath the intake manifold, maybe just a "scatch-off" ticket.

    Welcome to the forum. Just a note, since you're new - you've posted in the 1st gen 2000-2006) Tundra forum. You may want to post in the 2.5 Gen forum, where others will share your same generation of truck and may be able to give better advice. :thumbsup:

    Now I just hope 2021 is a 2.5 gen. I can't keep up with all these damn number changes :D
