Hello, I am new to this forum. I have a 2004 access cab and was changing the dash to a wood grain version off of a limited. Other than some vent issues, the biggest problem is that the radio opening is smaller on the woodgrain dash than on the original black part. My radio is not the JBL model. Will the JBL model fix the issue and is it a plug and play? Thanks, Mike

I'm going to guess your wood grain came out of an older truck. The older (00-02) trucks had a smaller dash opening.

An older stock radio or aftermarket radio would be the answer.

I was told that it was out of an 03 limited.

About the only way to check would be to search the part number if it's stamped on it.

Or use it as an excuse to upgrade the radio to a double DIN unit.
