SDHQ presents an easy way to mount a winch on your 2014+ Tundra while maintaining the stock front bumper. Slight modification and trimming to the stock bumper plastic is required to allow access to the winch line and fairlead. Our winch mount is CAD designed for precise fit and is constructed out of 1/4" thick mild steel. Precision bent and mig welded for strength and durability. After initial construction, the winch mount is powder coated matte black for a nice, long lasting finish that will withstand anything you can throw at it!

The SDHQ winch mount has been designed to fit the Warn Zeon 10 Platinum series of winches with wireless controller. Other winches that are similar in size with the same bolt pattern may fit but are in no way guaranteed to fit by SDHQ or its distributors. We at SDHQ recommend the Zeon Platinum series winches because they have a wireless controller which allows full functionality of the winch. Winches with a manual clutch will not have the ability to "free-spool" unless a device is built to access the winch's clutch release.

Relocating the winch control box on the Zeon series is necessary due to clearance issues. We have optional kit that includes all the wiring and hardware needed to relocate the Zeon series control box. Relocating the control box is possible without our kit; however, the end user will need to source their own wires and hardware.

    Key Features

    • No Drilling Required
    • Bolts Directly into frame and adds support to Bumper/Frame Horns
    • ¼” Thick Steel Plate Construction for Durability
    • Designed specifically for the Warn Zeon 10-S Platinum with Wireless Control
    • Optional Control Box Relocation Kit

Finally we have proof the hidden winch mount exists. Took a while for people to find your setup. Glad you posted up.

These folks were professional, curtious and knowledgeable about any question I had for them when I ordered mine last month. Even worked and have me a military discount which was awesome. Highly recommend them and for all you offroaders, this is a must if you want to keep a nice stock looking front end vice a bulky expensive new front bumper that STILL needs a winch to go with it on top of the hefty price.

Just received a fresh batch back from powder coat! They are looking for new homes. They love long drives in the woods, playing tag in mountains, and evening sunset cruises along the beach.

Get your holiday purchases out of the way early! Warn is currently gearing up on having a up to $200 rebate on select winches from November 1st - December 31st. PM me with any questions regarding the rebates!

Thanks, tried to make it look factory stock by painting the roller fairleed 040 white.

Anyone have a conflict between the winch + mount and the front parking sensor? Some of these off road vehicles have a bunch of prissy Prius-type stuff built in, causing issues. I am sold on the SDHQ mount, and I just need to find out if there is going to be an issue. Thanks, guys

We haven't done an install here for a model with the parking sensors, but being as everything is behind the bumper with the except of the fairlead (which hard protrudes out on the synthetic models) you shouldn't have an issue. We haven't done very many of the steel cable winches with the roller fairleads but let me get with my R&D team on that to see if we have an answer to this.

Thanks boys. I'll be installing the Warn 96800 8,000-lb winch with steel cable and the Hawes fairlead. The Hawes is the most flush, least extrusive opening. Looking forward to your response.

Keep in mind that if you have steel cable winch, you need to run the roller fairlead. You cannot use the Hawse style because the steel cable will tear it up. I wouldn't really commend anything under 10,000 pounds for a winch for the Tundra though. You are cutting it very close on the ability of the winch.

Good to know about the cable; it was a concern and I discussed this with Bryce the other day. You may want to bring him up to speed. Your suggestion for a more powerful winch is appreciated, and I will look into it.

I think a lot of people do use them; I have had to use them when my truck is pointed one way, the trail goes the other way, and a lot of trees and boulders are in the way. It's really the only way to get out at that point. But it requires an anchor, a strong anchor that won't break, bend, slip, roll etc.
