So, I am revisiting this old post:

    https://youtu.be/vSGDhhIJ4rc

I have a question...to stop the squealing noise, can I just get a bunch of caulk/sealant, and go around the windshield, or do I have to pull the windshield and get it “re-set”? Is it that or the trim mold on the sides of the window making the noise?

    Whoa! The noise sounds annoying.

Check my build page for pics of the side pillars. Might have something going on there. Never had any problems like yours, but noticed debris build up and some bad gaskets at each pillar when I had the Windshield replaced. When you see what I did it will make sense. Made my truck quiet down inside.

There are also two rubber sponge type gaskets at the base of the pillars where they meet the hood hinges. I squared those up into shape, as well.

First thing I would do is locate the source. There's air passing over something that's making it vibrate like a reed. My wife's Jeep GC did this and we were able to determine it was the cowl to windshield seal that was vibrating. I taped the cowl to windshield rubber seal and the vibration went away. You could try to tape the windshield seal and see if that eliminates the noise. Could even start with one side, and test drive it until you find exactly where the problem is.

The video is not my vehicle, but mine makes the same sound around 70-75...especially when it is windy.
I have taken the pillar molding off and I had to glue the rubber back to the metal. That didn’t help. I did discover one single spot where the windshield seal was bad on the passenger side pillar, about where if you looked in the window, you’d see the Climb in handle. I caulked there and I still have the noise. The noise sounds like it comes from right in front of me. My next plan was to take that cowl off where the wipers are, and check the seal there.

So, I took some electrical tape and sealed the top piece of molding/rubber to the windshield and cab.

I got all the way up to 90, and not a hint of noise.

I was going to apply some sealant/caulk to the top of the window, then put the molding back, but good grief, that molding does not want to attach to anything, and I really would hate to take it off and then not be able to get it back on.
