Does anyone have the take off of the black grille in the hood buldge they have laying around that they are willing to part with? A rock flew into mine and put a hole in it.

    Thanks!

Care to share how it's mounted back there? I'm looking into doing this as well.

I would guess upwards towards $100 due to the size. I just shipped a grill to Texas from NJ and it was over $150.

This is a somewhat resurrected thread but I have that black plastic insert piece sitting on my porch from when I put in the nsv. If someone wants it they can PM me for a quote. Include your zip code.

Really covered in pollen, will give it a wipe down before it gets taped up, but box size is 46"x6"x5" roughly 8lbs. Quotes for shipping to your zipcode in the below pic. Final shipping totals may change but I don't think by much. I am surprised it's not more.

I'd like to give @5280Tundra first dibs on the piece though, if they haven't found it yet.

Just like in the youtube video you mount the "L" brackets so that the feet of the bracket points towards the LED bar. What I did was attach the bracket to the LED bar (tighten it down with the bolt), placed it in position inside the bulge, did a fit test to ensure the grill has clearance to install back on, then took a sharpie and marked where I had to drill the hole. Make sure to use a nice big washer.

One other tip, rather than cutting off the vertical supports completely, I cut the top part (marked in RED) and bent them back to provide some support for the LED bar.

I absolutely love mine. I'm having a problem with the passenger side parking light not working through. I only installed the NSV last evening so I haven't had a chance to really troubleshoot. But if you or anyone has any suggestions, let's hear em.
