    Hello everyone,

I finally found a truck that works for me, a 2006 Toyota Tundra Limited 4x4 with only 89K on the odometer. I pick it up Wednesday.

    Welcome!
If a timing belt hasn’t been done, negotiate that into the price.

Thanks everyone. Other than the timing belt, what is the first thing I would do to the truck? The owner put new tires, has a fresh inspection - looks like the car was garage kept. I want to keep it as stock as possible but want to take care of the basics. BTW: picking it up Saturday because of the snow on Wednesday.

    Inspect all the rubber.
    Lower ball joints
    Upper ball joints
    Tie rods
(These next four should be fine, but worth taking a peek at)
    Body mounts
    Radiator support mounts
    Engine mounts
    Transmission mount
